I arrived at Gilli Air not really sure what to expect. After being dropped off on what felt like an unmarked but lovely stretch of beach, I hailed a pony cart, and after negotiating a fee, the driver agreed to stop at the four or five places that caught my eye so I could check them out for myself and choose the accomodations that suited me and my budget. Juliantos was hands down the winner for it’s lovely, clean, tasteful set up, friendly staff, very fair pricing, and lovely owners who happened to be there while I was there. I spent three heavenly days on Gili Air and appreciated the quality and service I got from Juliantos. Highly Recommended!!”

Der Bilderbuch-Sonnenaufgang ueber dem Vulkan gegenüber ist nur der Anfang eines perfekten Tages hier. Das riesige multi-color Aquarium direkt vor der Tür, extrem leckeres Essen aus der Familienküche und klasse Bungalows mit Blick aufs Meer. Und all das auf einer Insel, auf der ein Eselskarren die schnellste Art der Fortbewegung darstellt.
Manchmal ist man einfach am genau richtigen Ort.

C’ est en famille que nous sommes venus passer une semaine a Juliantos : un séjour extrêmement confortable et reposant, loin de l’agitation des lieux hautement touristiques . La sorti en mer organisé par l’hôtel restera un de nos plus beaux souvenirs d’Indonésie : nager avec des tortues est fantastique ! Sans oublier les magiques levers du soleil : nous n’en avons raté aucun. Excellente cuisine et accueil familial et chaleureux.

We really love Juliantos by the Sea! We stayed at an aircon room on the ground floor. Your rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are nicely decorated. It is a very relaxed and peaceful place, perfect for those looking for a quiet holiday. We also appreciate the friendliness of your staff, especially Duani and Wan. We were even able to rent a fishing boat for a very fair price.
We hope to come back to Gili Air soon, and if we do we will be staying at Juliantos by the Sea again. Thank you very much!
